Trailing
The max-loss line rises when the account makes a new high. It does not fall when you lose. Intraday trailing uses live equity. EOD trailing uses the close.
What the column words mean. Same definition on every firm.

End of day. The drawdown is measured on the closed balance after the session, not on a wick at 10:12.
The loss floor is fixed from day one. Profit does not drag it up.
Daily loss limit. A cap on one session. Soft DLL pauses trading. Hard DLL fails the account.
Balance you must reach before withdrawals start, or a floor you cannot withdraw through.
Largest winning day divided by total net profit. 50% means one day cannot be half or more of the pot you want to take.
Max dollars in one payout request.
A cap that steps with each payout number. Apex EOD 50K: $1,500, then $1,500, then $2,000. After payout 6 the PA closes.
Performance Account. Apex name for the funded sim account after the eval.
Very short holds. Firms that ban it usually require most trades and most profit to last longer than 10 to 15 seconds.
Highest-impact scheduled releases: NFP, CPI, FOMC statement. Some plans ban the window, not all news.
The test account. Hit a profit target without breaking risk rules. Usually no payout.
Sim funded / Performance Account. This is where most payouts are taken. Rules often change the day you pass.
Real buying-power account after sim payouts or a review. Fewer public rules. Do not assume funded terms copy over.
Any non-discretionary help: EA, webhook, copy trader. Allowed is not the same as HFT allowed.
The published route from sim funded to a live account. If the firm only says invitation, say so.
A day that counts toward payout. Often it must close above a dollar floor. A red day is not always a reset; it just does not count.
Account size on the purchased book: 25K, 50K, 100K, 150K. Rules often scale with size. Filter first, then read the row.
After filters, reorder the remaining accounts: lowest list price, largest max drawdown, or fastest first payout.
List evaluation fee used to filter. Promos often cut it. The number is a snapshot, not a quote. Confirm the cart before you pay.
How you pay for the evaluation. One-time = pay once (resets are extra). Monthly / subscription = the eval renews until you pass or cancel. This column is the model, not the dollar price.
A separate fee after you pass, to turn the eval into a funded / PA account. Some firms charge it. Some waive it with a checkout code (Take Profit Trader is the usual example). Some have a no-activation plan with a higher monthly instead (Topstep).
